To set up the Availability for an event simply go-to the Availability tab of that event where you can set up the availability for the operators in that meeting event.
You have the ability to:
- Select the availability for which people can schedule a meeting with that operator
- Set the day and timeframes in which the operator is available
- Excluse days from the availability
- Set the increments in which people can book an appointment
- Schedule Notice - to avoid a meeting at the last moment
- Buffer - to avoid back-to-back meetings by adding a buffer between your meetings
- Maximum appointments per day
